We are looking for an enthusiastic, agile, and proactive candidate for an Office Manager position to be in the heart of our team.  If you like technology and innovation, are multitasking, ready for new challenges and confident to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment with bright and energetic individuals – we would love to meet you!

We are looking for a candidate with a “can-do” attitude to join the financial and administrative team for day-to-day management tasks, from suppliers and customers administration to office management, relationships to external accountants, from HR to event organisation, who is always ready to help and enjoys growing “to-do” lists.

Someone who is rigorous, organized, responsible, and highly adaptable, ready to put energy into the dynamic environment and happy to positively contribute to the success of the collective project.

Multi-tasking, reliability, enthusiasm and adaptability required

English required (B2 and above)

Good knowledge of office tools

Possible part-time work

Salary according to profile

Position based in Grenoble city centre

To be staffed as soon as possible
